Self-Configuration

By now, you should have already been invited to the Amper app (https://app.amper.xyz) via email.

Once logged in, you will be able to self-configure your machines. The process is easy! First, find your Aggregator, click the blue “configure” button, tell Amper which Gateway it’s connected to, and name your machine. The app walks you through the rest to ensure your data is coming through properly for calibration.

Make sure you click “Notify Us” at the top right of the page to tell Amper your machines are ready to be calibrated!

The final step in the process (not covered in the video above) is to provide a “production sample.” This just requires providing some timeframe that the machine was in production.

Please ensure that the production sample is provided AFTER the hardware is installed, and all the above stage colors were already green.

Then click the “Notify Us” button at the top to notify the Amper Team of your completed installation.

After you have configured all of your machines, send an email to your Amper Customer Success Manager.

NOTE: Digital Aggregators are not available for self-configuration. For machines using a Digital Aggregator, please submit the form below to your Customer Success Manager with the machine name, Gateway and Digital Aggregator IDs.

Machine Calibration

Once we receive the installation notification, we will begin the calibration process for your machines. During this process we will verify that the sensors are placed correctly and our Data Science team will calibrate your machines based on the signals we gather. For proper calibration, the machine must have at least several hours of production time gathered by our system. If there are any machines that you do not plan on running for some time after installation, please let us know.
