A few things to note before you get started: Schedule Time to Turn Off Machines To install your Amper hardware, you'll need access to both the machine and the machine's power panel. It is recommended that you turn off the machine during install, so you can safely open up the panel. If you plan to do this, be sure to schedule time in advance to avoid any disturbance to machine operators Plan Installation Time with Maintenance Staff Since the installation will be done partially in the machine panel, it is essential to have a member of your team who in knowledgeable about the inside of a machine. In most facilities, this will be a member from your Maintenance or Engineering staff. Make sure to discuss availability with the proper team member to ensure they are available to assist.
