System Showing Periods of Lost Data - WiFi Gateway

If you are using Wi-Fi Gateways and see short periods of lost data occurring at many or all of your machines, this could be a sign that your network is having congestion issues. Resolving this issue may require changes or upgrades to your local network to ensure it can handle the connection of all Wi-Fi Gateways.

Common solutions to resolve this issue might include one or more of the following:

  1. Remove other unnecessary devices from the network.
  2. Place Amper devices on a different network, separate from other devices.
  3. Place only a subset of Amper or other devices onto a separate network so the network congestion clears up.
  4. Upgrade your Wi-Fi Access Points to be able to handle more connections.
