Where is it?
Click on your name at the top right corner ➡️ Settings ➡️ Company

Disabling Users
Admins can now easily disable access for users in Settings ➡️ Company. What this means:
- Disabling a user prevents them from logging into the system or performing a password reset.
- A disabled user can be easily re-invited which sends them a password reset via email.
How to disable a user
- As an admin, go to Settings ➡️ Company.
- Scroll down to your list of users.
- Click the Disable User button next to the name of the person from who you want to remove Amper access .
- Click confirm.
When you disable a user this screen will come up.
How to reinvite a user who has been disabled
- As an admin, go to Settings ➡️ Company.
- Scroll down to to Disabled Users.
- Click the Reinvite button next to the name of the person you want to invite back to Amper.
- Click confirm.
Adding an Install Contact
Adding an installation contact is a very important first step in your installation process. After you add users to the system you need to declare which users are installation contacts. These users will be added to any subsequent support tickets related to installation.
Setting Call Preferences for Non Users
If your company is utilizing Call Teams, you may find that some teams or individuals that need to be called, are not always Amper users. Admins can specify call preferences for any non users in the system.
Go to Settings ➡️ Company.
- Scroll down to Non Users
- See Send Calls To
- Specify either text or email (If you see an option for phone, it means text message not a phone call).
Previous Day Start Setting
Use this setting to manually determine when your timeline starts. By default, timelines start at the first shift of the day. For instance, if your shifts are as follows:
- First shift: 6:00 a.m.
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m.
- Third shift: 11:00 p.m.
All reporting will run from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day. However, if you prefer your day to start with the third shift, select this setting and choose 11:00 p.m. as the start time. This is particularly useful for shifts that span multiple calendar days
