Required Inputs
- Utilization Monitoring
- Part counts - This will populate the Performance and Quality aspects of OEE along with OEE.
- Target Cycle Times - This will populate the Performance aspect of OEE.
Optional Inputs
- Job Numbers - If you are entering these, the last table will show the production summary by job.
- Part Number - If you are entering these, you will be able to drill in to part numbers on the interactive report in the web app.
- Operator - If you are entering these, you will be able to drill in to part numbers on the interactive report in the web app.
- Downtime - If you are entering in downtime, you may see performance vs. capacity utilization.
Report Description
This report will show you the general 
Production Summary for the day before. You’re also able to see week to day production and week over week production numbers for the year.
Filter Setup
- Set the “Date” filter to “Yesterday” at the top of the screen.
There are additional filtering options available. If you are in a position where only certain machines are relevant to you, feel free to filter for only those assets. When the report delivery is scheduled, the filtering will be locked to just those machines.
Schedule Delivery Setup
- Set recurrence to Daily at whatever time you’d like.
