Required Inputs
- Utilization Monitoring
- Part Counts - Entering in part counts allows Amper to calculate the Quality and Performance aspects of OEE.
- Target Cycle Times - To calculate the Performance aspect of OEE, target cycle times need to be known.
Optional Inputs
- Downtime - If you are entering in downtime, you may see OEE calculated with performance vs. capacity utilization.
- Part Number - If you are entering these, you may see OEE by part number.
- Operator - If you are entering these, you may see OEE by operator.
- Job Numbers - If you are entering these, you will be able to drill in to job numbers on the interactive report in the web app.
Report Description
This report will show you the OEE Summary report for last week.
Filter Setup
- Set your “Date” filter to “Previous Week” at the top of the screen.
There are additional filtering options available. If you are in a position where only certain machines are relevant to you, feel free to filter for only those assets. When the report delivery is scheduled, the filtering will be locked to just those machines.
Schedule Delivery Setup
- Set recurrence to Weekly at whatever time you’d like. The image below shows Monday at 6 am.
