- Downtime - If you are entering in downtime, you may see performance vs. capacity utilization.
- Part Number - If you are entering in part numbers, you may see which parts performed best and worst yesterday on which machines.
- Job Numbers - If you are entering these, you will be able to drill in to job numbers on the interactive report in the web app.
- Operator - If you are entering these, you will be able to drill in to part numbers on the interactive report in the web app.
Report Description
This report will show you Utilization Detailed report by machine, shift, and cell for the previous week. You’ll see your top 5 performing machines and bottom 5.
Filter Setup
- Set your “Date” filter to “Previous Week” at the top of the screen.
There are additional filtering options available. If you are in a position where only certain machines are relevant to you, feel free to filter for only those assets. When the report delivery is scheduled, the filtering will be locked to just those machines.
Schedule Delivery Setup
- Set recurrence to Weekly at whatever time you’d like. The image below shows Monday at 6 am.
