View all Past Due
To view all past due items, simply change the “Completed on” filter to “is null”. This will filter tasks to show incomplete all items tasks.
View Costs
If you have costs associated with your Maintenance plans, you may view how much each plan is costing here and how they are trending over time.
Setting up Reports
You can set up auto-delivered reports in the Analytics view as well!
Start by pressing the 3 dots at the top right of the screen and click “Schedule delivery”.
Then decide how often the report should be delivered, who should receive it, and make any final adjustments in the “Filters” tab.
