New release: Support Hub
This new tool allows you to stay up to date with your organization’s tickets. You can also communicate with the Amper Support Team in real time using our new live chat feature.
How can I access the Support Hub?
You can access the Support Hub by navigating to support.amper.xyz. You will need to create a separate account in order to access your tickets.
How do I create a Support Hub account?
- Click Register here to get started.
- Set up your email and password. If you’ve interacted with our Support team in the past via email, please use that email to automatically pull up your associated tickets once your account has been created.
- Verify your email address. You will receive a verification email confirming your registration.
- Log in to your accounts at support.amper.xyz.
How do I create a new Amper Support Ticket?
- Click Create an Amper Support Ticket in the main page’s navigation bar.
- Fill out the ticket form. Fields include contact info, ticket name, and a general description of the issue(s) you are experiencing. You will also be allowed to attach any screenshots and files at this time.
- Click Submit. A member of our Amper Support Team will contact you shortly!
Ticket and ticket listing features
Tickets View & Listing
This view will pull up all your active and closed support tickets. It displays the ticket name, creation date, and current status.
Each ticket listing will include the name of the ticket, the date it was created, the time of last activity on the ticket, status, and the ticket’s reference ID number.
Search bar
The search bar offers an easy way to search for your tickets. Use this feature to locate tickets by their subject name if you’d like to track its status or continue the conversation.
Live chat
Amper Support now has a live chat functionality. The live chat will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
Amper’s chatbot will help guide you through common troubleshooting steps from our existing references and guides. If the chatbot can’t answer your question, it will get you in touch with a team member.
