- Downtime - If you are entering in downtime, you may see performance vs. capacity utilization.
- Part Number - If you are entering these, you may see utilization by part number.
- Operator - If you are entering these, you may see utilization by operator.
- Job Numbers - If you are entering these, you will be able to drill in to job numbers on the interactive report in the web app.
Report Description
This Utilization Summary report will show your Utilization breakdown by machine, cell, shift, operator, and part number. It will give you a view of your year to date weekly utilization plant wide.
Filter Setup
- Choose Performance or Capacity Utilization
- Set your “Date” filter to “Previous Month” at the top of the screen.
There are additional filtering options available. If you are in a position where only certain machines are relevant to you, feel free to filter for only those assets. When the report delivery is scheduled, the filtering will be locked to just those machines.
Schedule Delivery Setup
- Set the recurrence to Monthly on the 1st at whatever time you’d like.
