Report Description
Operator Performance report sent each week for the week before. Alternatively, some roles may want to see this report each week for the Month to Date.
Showing the total utilization, up and down hours, and production counts per operator.
Filter Setup
- Set the Date filter to “Previous Week” or “This Month”
- You may choose to select the Operator Filter for “Is not null” to take out any production where operators were not signed in
- You may choose to use the Downtime Filter to select which downtimes to show in the bottom 2 reports. This will not update the top report.
There are additional filtering options available. If you are in a position where only certain machines are relevant to you, feel free to filter for only those assets. When the report delivery is scheduled, the filtering will be locked to just those machines.
Schedule Delivery Setup
- Set recurrence to Weekly at whatever time you’d like. The image below shows Monday at 6 am.
