Where is it?
Click on your name at the top right corner ➡️ Settings ➡️ Machine Settings
In the Machines Settings page, you can:
Factory defaults will apply to all machines unless a machine setting is defined. In which case the machine setting will overrule the factory default.
Set your factory defaults
- Machine hourly rate → this is used for the Cost Savings Dashboard
- Time to break idle (min) → this is used for Late Starts Early Stops tracking
- Parts you'll input → this determines how production will be calculated for all of the dashboards reporting production quantities.
Set your machine specific settings
- ☑️ Label down time → you must activate this checkbox for all machines to begin recording down time.
- ☑️ Micro stoppage capture → Allows machines to capture downtime instances that are smaller than one minute.
- Utilization Target (Pct%) → This is your target Utilization for each machines that will populate in reports.
- Time to break idle (Min.) → This is used if the machine setting is different than the factory default.
- Down time start threshold (Sec.) → amount of idle time (yellow) needed to begin a downtime event
- Downtime end threshold (Sec.) → amount of production time (green) needed to end a downtime event
- Part count type → This is used if the machine setting is different than the factory default.
- Hourly rate ($) → This is used if the machine setting is different than the factory default.
If you do not see downtime events being generated on your operator interface, it is likely because this setting is not turned on.
